FARMSE training targeted FARMSE staff, Government Ministry Representatives, such as Ministry of Finance and Gender, FARMSE implementing partner’s including banks, MFIs, SACCOs and other developmental organisations. The training was based on Gender capacity needs assessment and collaborations with participants to the training. The training ensured successful implementation of gender balance for the programme by addressing challenges implementing partners are facing to systematically addressing gender related issues and achieve gender mainstreaming in all program activities.
